Which countries does Dearest ship to?
We are able to ship to Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and most countries around the world. For inquiries, please email us at (info@Dearest.com.hk). However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarder addresses.

Can Dearest ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to have products delivered to multiple destinations, please place separate orders for each address.

Does the product price include shipping fees?
We charge a limited flat-rate shipping fee:

Free shipping on orders over $500 to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Taiwan.
If your order is under $500, a shipping fee of HKD $25 applies.

Free shipping for orders over $500 to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
For orders under $500, a flat fee of HKD $35 will be charged.

For the rest of the world: HKD $80

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. All products are handmade to order and are generally shipped within 3–10 business days after order confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Once an order has been shipped, the destination cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address.

Why do some products have shipping restrictions?
We must comply with certain international import and export regulations.
Depending on the destination, deliveries may be delayed by local customs clearance procedures. You may be subject to additional taxes or import duties. Customs policies and procedures vary by region. Dearest cannot bear any applicable taxes or import duties for any region. For inquiries, please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I request a refund or exchange?
Dearest does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item has non-human-made damage, please email us within 3 days from the date of receipt (info@dearest.com.hk) for an investigation. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted. You must return the item to us within 3 days after our confirmation via email. Returned items must remain in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be exchanged.
